- Can I try DF Studio?
- Yes. All new accounts include a free 30-day trial period with no credit card information required at sign-up. You can enter your payment information anytime during the trial period to activate your account, service is billed monthly. You can cancel or change plans at any time by contacting support@dfstudio.com.
- What are the System Requirements for DF Studio?
- All you need is an Internet connection and a modern web browser. DF Studio supports Safari on Macs and PCs and Firefox on the Mac, PCs, and Linux.
- How much Storage is included and how much does Extra Storage cost?
- Every DF Studio account includes a starting amount of online storage per account —
Basic: 10 GB; Standard: 40 GB; Professional 125 GB; Studio: 250 GB.
- The total storage used is made up of DF Studio JPEG Views that are created for you to see your files in the system at various sizes, along with the optional storage of your original assets. The Included Image Storage numbers listed in the chart above are approximation only. The actual number of files stored will vary depending on how large your source files are, and how many original assets you choose to store online.
- For example, with 40 GB of storage, DF Studio can hold more than 20,000 high quality JPEGs, approx. 1,200 Canon RAW Files or approx. 1,000 VIDEO clips. Additional storage for all accounts above the included amount is $0.35 per GB.
- On a monthly basis the storage for these files is calculated and billed to your account. You will be charged for additional storage above the included amount in your account at $0.35 per GB per month. There are tracking and management features for your online originals assets available within DF Studio in the Archive tab to help you manage your online storage costs.
- What if I want to store my entire archive?
- DigitalFusion can help you get larger archives uploaded to DF Studio and stored online if requested. Given the size of files and level of organization, an account interested in the service should contact support@dfstudio.com and we will contact you directly. DigitalFusion's archive team can also assist in organizing and digitizing older material such as proofsheets, printed artwork, photos and even paintings.
- What if I decide to cancel?
- Your 30-day trial does not require billing information, your account will simply end after the 30-day trial. DF Studio has no long term contract, you are free to cancel you account at any time by sending a message to support@dfstudio.com. Once we've received your request, your account will not be billed again. Monthly fees cannot be pro-rated or refunded.
