DF Studio is pleased to announce its latest software release, which is now being deployed to all accounts. This update adds a globally unique identifier to each asset (DFS ID), and addresses a few additional bugs and security enhancements. Enhancements

Account Administration

• The button for “single-user mode” and “multi-user mode” has been eliminated from the login form.

File Management & Organization

• Every asset in DF Studio now features a globally unique identifier (DFS ID), allowing asset data to be compared across DF Studio accounts without the possibility of duplicate IDs.

Bug Fixes

Messengers

• Fixed a bug which allowed previews imported into a Project from watermarked Messengers to be imported without watermarks.

File Management & Organization

• Disabled the “slideshow” view in contexts where Visual Screen Protection (VSP) is enabled, to prevent unauthorized access to images.

Security

• Performed various updates to security measures, to reduce the risk of sophisticated attackers gaining unauthorized access to information.
