Enhancements

Metadata
  • The CSV export feature now supports exporting the original name of an asset, as well as the file extensions for the files in its stack.
Downloads & Transfers
  • Content delivery mechanisms have been optimized for a faster and more stable experience when downloading files in bulk.
Account Administration
  • The Activity Monitor has been updated with visual enhancements and performance improvements, including the ability to customize the order of the columns displayed in the listing.
  • The Security Settings screen has been redesigned to flow more intuitively and enhance the visibility of all controls.
Asset Workflows & Organization
  • The technology supporting the Project and Collection Inspectors has been modernized to improve performance and pave the way for future updates.
  • The Column View in Library folder listings has been refined for a more intuitive experience.
  • The process of saving select levels has been streamlined for performance and efficiency.

Bug Fixes

Uploads & Assignments
  • Corrected an issue which removed the “Add Assignment” button from the Project Inspector in certain contexts.
Downloads & Transfers
  • Resolved a problem which removed the button for downloading multiple files from Messengers sent with custom-sized files for downloading.
Account Administration
  • Corrected a misconfiguration which allowed users to rename Contact Groups for which they didn’t have permission.
Asset Workflows & Organization
  • Fixed a bug which caused the proofsheet view to return to the first page every time it was loaded, rather than the page most recently viewed.
  • Addressed an issue which was showing more assets than expected when filtering a view to an Edit created from a recipient’s Messenger.
  • Resolved a problem which caused the Edits menu to reset to the “Main” edit when a new Edit was created.
  • Corrected an issue which caused “Select By Name” searches to fail in certain use cases.
  • Locked the “Kind” and “Name” columns in their positions in Library list views, so they cannot be accidentally removed using the new column display order tool.
  • Resolved an issue which could result in outdated select levels being displayed when adjusting select levels on large numbers of assets.
  • Fixed a problem which caused improper placement and behavior of assets when accessing 2-Up View.
  • Addressed a misconfiguration which had broken the previous functionality of displaying two selected assets together when navigating to 2-Up View with two assets selected.
  • Resolved a bug which could cause the assets displayed in 2-Up View to change places when reloading the page.
  • Corrected an issue which caused unwanted behavior when reloading a proofsheet view too quickly.
  • Fixed a problem which did not show the same range of page numbers in the menu bar when navigating the later pages in a Project as shown when viewing earlier pages.
  • Resolved an issue which prevented the keyboard arrow keys from moving the text cursor in the Name field when creating a new Project, Collection, or Library folder.
  • Fixed a bug which caused items to be displayed out of order when sorting Library views by Created Date.
  • Addressed a problem which made working selections unavailable when accessing Files View.
  • Corrected an issue which could cause long delays when switching to or from Files View with a large number of assets selected.
  • Resolved a problem which caused errors when using the “Add and Stay” options to add assets to Collections in some contexts.
  • Fixed a bug which omitted some assets from the view when rearranging assets in a Collection.

Additional Fixes

  • Resolved a bug which caused the approval states of assets in Approval Messengers to reset to their default each time the Messenger link was loaded.

  • Corrected a bug which caused assets to be renamed in an improper sequence when renaming multiple selected assets in the same operation.
  • Addressed a misconfiguration which resulted in the view being focused on the wrong asset in some situations when switching from one view to another.
  • Fixed an issue which caused the selection of assets to be lost when changing the sort.
